Manufacturers Consortium explores workforce tools
Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 1:39PM Columbia County's Manufacturer's Consortium met in July to exchange best practices related to the recruitment, development and retention of skilled employees. This meeting was hosted by Pacific Stainless Products, a specialty metal manufacturer in St. Helens. Following a plant tour, consortium members discussed specific employee recruitment and training resources that are available to all Columbia County businesses.
